Metaswitch Networks, Polycom, and Edgewater Networks joined to host a series of conferences designed to bring their customers closer. The plan for this conference model is to be held multiple times a year in intimate settings, in different parts of the world, bringing the conference to their customers and encouraging networking with one another.
Metaswitch (the leading sponsor of the event) came to DesignGum to brand the event and create the entire identity system. The goal was to create a brand that showed the partnership of the three main sponsors while having a bold, friendly, and recognizable look that supports the theme of “getting in touch."
DesignGum partnered with Tangelo Marketing and SweetPea Event Planning to cover all design and marketing needs. We also created several mockups to test and make sure our ideas would make sense in real-life situations and get client approval before sending them to production.
Since the kick-off events were in two cities and six different venues, we had to plan accordingly and carry the brand through each space we occupied.
