A Pitch Deck

Raise $1 Million

Pankaj is the founder and CEO of Finches, a global collective of thought leaders in early-stage technology. Pankaj is also an investor in dozens of companies, and he brought the idea of Juicedrop to DesignGum to help formulate a pitch deck so he and his rockstar (literally) team can start raising funds.
Getting a $1 Million seed fund is a big hill for any founder, even if you are well connected. The goal was to create a deck that exuded credibility, style and to give the impression that this product will undoubtedly be a success.

Strategize and Create

Over-Funded But...

Over the course of 3 weeks, we created a name, logo, product design, and pitch. We strategized with Panka and his team to create an outline that resonated with potential investors' ears. Since this was a physical concept, we needed to create a quick brand and prototype of the idea. Through fast sketching and a drop as inspiration, the entire deck came together for an ultimate seed-funding pitch.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the funds haven't been released and are awaiting the events industry to return to a "profitable normal." We will continue working on this brand once the funds are in action.

Name, Logo and Product Prototype Development

After pitching the idea to us, we immediately wanted to be a part of this project. Since the idea was still in its infancy, we needed to quickly come up with a name, After several brainstorming sessions, we landed on Juicedrop. Once we had the name, we immediately got to work on the logo and prototype design. We created the logo using inspiration from the "drop" in Juicedrop and had the idea to use the drop shape as the product packaging. We thought this was all an act of branding genius and everything else started falling into place relatively quickly.

Presentation Development

Once the name, logo and product were designed, we moved on to creating the pitch deck. We strategized with Pankaj and the rest of his team to craft a super clear and compelling pitch deck. Once the outline was ready, we got to work making it look like "a million bucks"–pun intended.
